Hi all. I found the site a few weeks ago, but am only just now getting around to introducing myself. My name is Patrick, and I'm a Screenwriting Graduate student at Boston University. I'm on the slender side and am looking to bulk up, and as such, have started a muscle-building routine while I still have access to that lovely free gym membership.

Mind you, I started two weeks ago and promptly pulled something in my back. Or at least I assume that I did. All I know is that my upper left back was really sore for two weeks and has only just started to ease up.

I also do a Tibetan martial art called Boabom, but I'm looking to do something that actively builds muscle.
