Hey everyone,

 

I was here some years and honestly what feels like a lifetime ago. I'll be up front and say with all of the kerfuffle surrounding reddit I decided to leave and fall back to some of my older, earlier stomping grounds and somehow remembered being here. I'm mostly interested in the nutritional side of fitness right now, particularly on creating and fine-tuning my own budget friendly "Mediterranean-style diet" that follows the general guidelines without being particularly focused on any singular cuisine. Hopefully once I've done that and towards the end of the summer when my work situation changes I'll be able to incorporate more serious fitness goals back into my life. I'll be documenting these and other lifestyle changes in a new battle log.
