Rookie
Yesterday I remembered to weigh myself and I am sitting at 323.4lbs currently. I felt kind of bleh in the morning but eventually got myself out on a walk with Winnie. I met up with my friends for lunch at Red Lobster then we went to watch the Barbie movie. I had been feeling like a headache was coming on since the day before and about halfway through the movie is when my headache decided to emerge full blown. It was quite bad and I barely did anything for the rest of the night. Flossing and brushing before bed did not happen. Thankfully I woke up without the headache this morning (though it feels like one is maybe lingering in the background still). I went to the barn and lunged Daisy. I attempted to get on for a ride with the tiny mounting block and that was just not in the cards haha. I just can't lift my leg high enough unless I put the stirrup on the last hole and even then I don't trust my body to be able to lift itself up and over. I will try again with the outside mounting block that is supposed to be a bit taller and if thats not good enough I will find a step ladder without the top bar. After the barn I took Winnie for a good walk. We were practicing random commands while we walked. Unfortunately it ended in me accidentally stepping on her leash while we were running around and being goofy and she face planted and sounded like she got throat punched. I felt so bad. She seems unharmed after the initial shock. I still feel horrible. I need to get her another harness. I feel I am not out of the woods for getting another headache so I am trying to just take it easy. I am going to read up on something to do with storing images for my coding project (AWS S3). 6 Quote {Chase the wind and touch the sky; I will fly} Link to comment
Rookie
Last minute I decided to take Winnie to the free dog group training. It was fun to get out and I got to try out using just her kibble as treats. I signed us up for a day pass at a dog day camp so I'm trying to figure out what works for us treat wise without irritating her esophagus. I can use some kibble but just using kibble is too much. I have a baby food pouch but it's kind of awkward and we ended up covered in it last time. I think I could use 1/3 kibble from one of her meals, freeze dried chicken, and baby pouch for stationary stuff. And I'm looking into something else to try. My feet are still hurting but it's a bearable amount and I've been pushing myself to get out and walk at least 1-2 times a day. I'm proud of these numbers. Really good! I just toasted it and had it with a bit of butter on it. Very good flavour! 4 hours ago, Waanie said: Anyway, I'm also proud of your number of steps . Thank you! Me too. Sending love, your walk numbers are brilliant xx It's okay lol I arrived late. It was very easy. Proof the yeast then I threw it all in a mixer for 8 mins occasionally scraping the sides and taking the dough off the hook. Then rest in warm oven for 1hr. Punch down and form into loaf and rest for 30 mins on a loaf pan then cake for 40-45 mins. 3 Quote {Chase the wind and touch the sky; I will fly} Link to comment

Rookie
My feet told me that I overdid it a bit yesterday. I meant to take it easy but I've been on my feet at least half the day now. I made some meat pasta sauce from my gardens tomatoes. I'm making white bread today. And lazy cabbage rolls. 4 Quote {Chase the wind and touch the sky; I will fly} Link to comment
