Hello, 

 

I wanted to introduce myself to the community! My name is Dillon, I've been working out for over a decade in my personal life, but have been wanting to help others become fit, and hopefully do that by sharing information and speaking on experience where I can. My personal favorite areas to train are bodybuilding, explosive plyometrics, general footwork, and sprinting. I'm launching an app here in a few weeks that uses generative AI to provide users with meals plans and workout regimen designed around their body type and personal goals. I aim to be a resource of information to people passionate about fitness and striving toward a healthier lifestyle. Glad to help where I can, keep up the hard work everyone!
