Hi All,

I’m Kaylith, and you’ve probably seen me around here. I crossfit 4-5 times a week and do strength training. I started the whole ‘getting healthy’ thing on May 10th of this year (strength trained 5x a week and went 80% paleo)

I joined a crossfit box a week ago, my second week began today. I’ve been 80-100% paleo the entire time.

Since I began I’ve lost 22 lbs. and gained strength and endurance I didn’t know I had.

Guild: Ranger

Race: Elf

Age: 27

Height: 5‘4“

Weight: 296

Challenge Goals:

1. Eat 85% paleo

2. Deadlift 200# +

3. Attend crossfit 4x a week

Level Up Life Goal: Save $300 toward getting myself to New Zealand with my partner by end of challenge.

These next two are just for kicks...We’ll see if I can pull them off!

Bonus Level: Pay off credit card

SMBros. Whistle Trick Goal: Fix the car completely

Day one went well, did crossfit with my WOD time at 7:11 and my max push jerk at 65#

Ate paleo 95% of the day

Deadlifting is at 115# right now, so...quite a bit more to go!

Life goal is on its way. :D

Today's eating is going well, 90% paleo!

I'm well on my way with the mini-challenge and did some stretching/yoga...I also work tonight, which requires lifting things and a lot of functional movement, so that will be decent. Today is one of my rest days, and tomorrow is day 2/4 for my crossfit goal.

CrossFit, Paleo, and deadlifts... welcome home. Hahaha! Love it!

My goal is to get to CF at least 4 times a week. Scheduling is hard around work.

Do you eat the same paleo meals all the time or are you trying new things as you go?

This week summed up--AMAZING.

My goals are looking like this:

Paleo: 80% --I made some awesome food and stuck to my guns for the week, except for a few issues. Today starts a whole30 for me, so that's a new level of tough.

Deadlifts: Last week, my max was 115#. At last night's crossfit class, I kid you not--my max was 185# Holy awesome, batman.

Crossfit: I went for all four days! Last friday, this monday, wednesday, and friday. :)

Life goal: Slow progress, money is tight, but I'm auto-saving $20 weekly and adding as I can. I also got $100 of writing gigs which will go into that fund!

Awesome job this week! You will be kicking that 200# deadlift's ass in no time!

I sure hope so!!! :D If I do, maybe I'll try to hit 300# as a bonus or something.
