I do final calculations at the end of the month.Daily Quests- Move for at least 15 min. ~ 32% success, 11% fail- Avoid eating grains. ~ 3% success, 45% fail- Be productive. ~ 10% success, 37% fail- Avoid eating because of boredom. ~ 10% success, 37% failWeekly Quests- Walk for an hour without stopping. ~ stopped tracking this honestly, but 50% success, 50% fail so far???Monthly Quests- Take progress pictures at the end of the month. ~ 0%- Don't buy anything on impulse. ~ 47% successOkay so it's 3% off the exact 50% mark... So I can put down some stuff I need to do.Basically this is mainly for me to have a place to put this.Current rules- Eat veggies and meat every day (whatever form)- Avoid grains, 1 slice of bread during work lunch allowedWork toward- pre-cooking meals, especially lunch- Limiting diary (finish up the chocolate milk powder and don't buy new)- Limiting nuts and fruit and upping veggies and meatI still need to get more creative with my food! I need to try out some recipes I guess. I think I fell in love a little. I decided it would be a great reward for completing the whole30! After June 2nd I plateaued, staying between 78 and 77.But now I made it below my goal!! And I'm so excited!! Also... now weight doesn't matter to me anymore. I'm done with weight.Focus is now on actual health and BF% and strength/endurance!!
