Welcome iratuscatus/Caitlin! The body weight workout is great! I started it on 6/25 3x a week with half of the required total # of moves and I've seen some great results already. Eating Paleo-ish and enough calories every day has also helped. On a rest day, just to see if I could do it, I did 2 sets of 10 inverted body rows and elevated push-ups and 8 negatives at the playground but without stretching before or after because I apparently wanted to be in upper body misery for like 4 days...so don't do that (the not-stretching part I mean)....but you'll get great results for upper body if you add some inverted body rows and negatives/pull-ups. You'll definitely be feeling it!
