That's my ultimate fitness goal.A little bit late to join the Challenge but who cares.Goals:Do one pull upDeadlift 50 poundsRun a mile under 9 min (completed)Level up goal; Wake up every day at 5:45 and hit the gym or run (except for Sundays)I salute you my fellow Rangers Link to comment

Basically there are 5 lifts you do (Deadlift,Bench Press,Overhead Press,Squat &Barbell Row) and you do 5 sets of 5 .
