Wednesday, September 5th through Monday, September 10th... um... no idea...

I had a traumatic week. I'll leave it at that. I also hurt my foot... so ive been avoiding anything with impact. I did do some random core workouts... and squats... but i did not keep track of them.

Tuseday, September 11th Workout

Hanging Knee Raises x10 (this is a new one for me...)

Body Weight Inverted Rows 10x5

Body Weight Squats 10x10

Decline Push-Ups 10x5

Not a bad little circuit. It cured some anxiety issues I was having, got my heart rate up, and made me sweat.

Meals

100% Whole30

-Coffee /w Coconut Oil

-Caesar Salad /w Chicken (lots of chicken)

-6oz Petite Sirloin

-1/2 Bell Pepper

(dont even ask me about the other days... i was mostly good... but when i was bad... i was horrid)

I'm sorry to hear about your rough week. Hope things are starting to look up for you. Injuries suck, but it sounds like you're doing the right thing by listening to the injury and not pushing it. Your bodyweight moves look great....I'm jealous of the decline pushups. :) Steady on and keep it up!
