Is there anything in the past couple of days that could have hampered your 800s? What if you rested for a couple days before your attempt? It certainly couldn't hurt.

I got a 24hour purge and done thing last week so I missed a little time there and when I went to do the 800s workout my stomach was already not feeling 100% . I'll still be testing my mile today. Regardless of what my time is, it will still be a good workout.

*edit* I ran my mile in 5:20. It's funny, because I started to get disappointed until I remembered how excited I was when I ran a 5:30 mile. So I didn't make my goal time, but I still got faster and I'm happy with that.
