I need to get an idea of what is going on here.LIFE: +2 WIS | +3 CHAComplete Lessons 1, 2, and 3 of IJRS Course Force 101 Practice Best Man Speech and commit to memory Two items I have fallen behind on. No excuses. Time to complete everything on my Task List which has fallen behind. In the Mini-Challenge #3, where we were to lift 1,000,000 lbs in a week (and we broke 3 million), I contributed ~250,000 lbs. I figured in 6 weeks I could break a million by myself. JediNickD Posted August 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 8, 2012 Sprints: 200 m = 30.84 s (really good)50 m = 7.20 s (not so good)Timing myself is hard and inconsistent, but if I am improving, then I should meet my goals. Right now, I'd say I improved a bit. Going to have to skip squats tomorrow and do them on Friday. My right quad is a little tweeked. Not pulled or strained, just sore. This weekend I should do some distance running to help open up my lungs. No need to change my workout routine.FITNESS:Lift More Weight Squat Bar 145 lbs for 10 reps. I could have probably done 150 lbs for 3 reps, but I'll save it for next week. I'm going to blow this goal out of the water! Deadlift Bar 110 lbs for 10 reps. Right on pace. Going for 120 tomorrow.Lifted +90,000 in 3.5 days. This evening I need to do my body weight exercises to keep on pace to beat my goal.[*]Run Faster* 200m Dash in 30.84s. This is great work.50m Dash in 7.20s. Didn't get to thise either, but I can tell that I am faster. My first few steps are slow, so that is where my focus needs to be. Ahead of schedule! My Weekly Average is just high enough to beat 1 million pounds. I've got to get that higher by Monday. That means at least two Body Weight Workouts![*]Run Faster 200m Dash in 30.62s. Improving, but my lungs are still dead after just one. 50m Dash in 6.90s. Gotta do better tomorrow.DIETARY: Yesterday I ate very light and had a monster workout day, so my Daily Average Deficit jumped to -319. If I watch what I eat today and Friday, then I should be able to cruise through the weekend and meet my -300 goal. LIFE: No progress on Lesson 2 yet. Tomorrow at lunch time. I came up with some good ideas for revisions. I need to make them today, so I can record it before the weekend. COMPLETE•I just logged all more workouts from 8/24 til today and wouldn't you know, I beat 1 million pounds yesterday! COMPLETEThat's one goal down!•Run Faster •200m Dash in 29.63s. Hells to the Yeah! COMPLETE•50m Dash in 6.73s. So close this morning. Doing 50m dashes every day the rest of the week.DIETARY: •I need to update my Excel log, but I've been keeping track in a notepad. COMPLETE! 50m Dash in 6.73s on Wednesday. So close and only a few more days.DIETARY: I have a lot of work to do to get this in the format that I want, but I've been doing very well logging my calorie intake and burn regardless. Sounds like a project to complete while watching football on Sunday!LIFE: Finished Lessons 2 and 3 today. Lesson 3 has an exercise which I need to complete as well, but I have just enough time. Will be done on Monday. Working on memorization. Beginning is easy, but that is when I'm most likely to brain fart, so I'll have pretty concise notes for that part. The body is where I want to be working without notes. I have a lot of work to do. The wedding isn't until the 22nd, so for the challenge, I just need to memorize it. I'm not going to be able to practice my memorized speech with the pressure of an audience until Tuesday at Toastmasters.
