My week is complete. My boys 5th birthday celebrations threatened to derail all my hard work, but I pushed through and had a really good weights session at the gym today.

So far so good with the training and completing my planned sessions. I've found a training plan for the local fun run (12km) that I have started to follow. The fun run is at the end of next month.

After umming and ahhhing and a bit of a pfaff about I grabbed my gloves and went to the boxing and pump classes that I had planned for today. I feel much better for it. Now to squish in the 7km run over the weekend that I missed yesterday sigh.
