Challenge Is Over! Druids Report!

The challenge is OVER!

it's time to report in for the challenge. Post your summary of your challenge here, grading yourselves on each of your goals on a A to F scale (see below). Then give yourselves an overall grade for the challenge. Here is the reporting thread for the last challenge if you would like to see examples.

You have until Sunday night to post your wrap up to be considered for the win. After that the guild mods will confer and pick 3 nominees for this challenge's warrior champion and we'll post a thread for you guys to vote for the champion. Spezzy and Steve then choose an overall winner from the guild champions, who wins a t-shirt or tank top. Other guild winners get NF stickers.

Grading Yourself and Awarding Attribute Points

At the end of the challenge, give yourself a grade on how you did achieving your goals. Then, based on how you did, award points. Partial points are allowed.

A - 100% B - 75% C - 50% D - 25% F - 0%

So using our goal examples from above, lets grade ourselves.

Goal 1: Daily yoga practice: B 75%

Goal 2: Sleep hygiene, improved sleep habits: A+ 100%

(OMG you guys, this is HUGE for me! I only had 3 days of really poor sleep out of the entire 6 week challenge!)

Goal 3: Work on solo silks routine: D 25%

Cha: +1

(I'm assigning the one point to CHA, because the dexterity/endurance part of it was the part I failed the most at completing, partly due to injury, partly laziness)

Goal 4: My therapy homework: B 75%

Wis: +1, Cha: +1.5

Initial stats:

  1. Free standing handstand for at least 10 sec: C str:1 sta:0.5 cha:0.5 (2,1,1)
  2. (At least) one REAL push up: A str: 2
  3. Stop eating «useless» carbs: B con: 1.5 , wis 0.75, cha 0.75 (2, 1, 1)
  4. At least 4x25min active studying/textbook reading outside class/study group EVERY DAY. B Wis: 3.75 (5)

  1. I can control my freestanding handstands, but not for long.
  2. Did 2 real push-ups the other day. For the first time in ten years!
  3. Buddyweek at the Uni sort of ruined my useless carb goal. I'm weak, but it was fun!
  4. Not been studying every day, but really close. And the average is probably a lot above two hours a day anyway.

Inital stats:

Str: 2 Dex: 1 Sta: 3 Con: 3 Wis: 4 Cha: 2

Ending stats:

Str: 5 Dex: 1 Sta: 3.5 Con: 4.5 Wis: 8.5 Cha: 3.25

OK - this was not quite as good as I'd hoped, but here we are:

1. Sit cross-legged on the floor: Nailed this one. Added 2 DEX

2. Eight proper push-ups: Only got to six, aaah. As I could do four at the outset then I'm only at a C (50%) Add 1 stamina and 1.5 strength.

3. Do one full proper pull-up. Not quite. D in this one. So that's +0.75 for strength.

4. Speak Spanish in Spain : Yep, A for this. Add 2 WIS and 3 CHA

So I ended up with:

STR: 4.25, DEX: 4, CON: 3, STA: 4, WIS: 5, CHA: 5.
