I also thought of some LBEB stuff (squats do a booty good, etc) but I guess we should be original ish or something, right? boo.

Oh heck no. If we were doing LBEB quotes, it would have to be, "If deadlifts were easy, they'd be called ellipticals." But I'm still for counting tons.

Warriors we don't weight our food in grams, we weight it in tons (:

Lift heavy things. Put them down.

There's always more weight to lift.

There was this one which I came across on a Crossfit site. I don't remember it exactly but it went something along the lines of taking everything that is troubling you in your personal life, putting it on a bar and pushing it up.

One of my LBEB shirts is Lift Big or Die Trying. I like it for a gym shirt
