First piece of business, while we're waiting for the challenge to start:

Every guild needs to have it's own motto, or slogan.

I suggest:

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

Which could be shortened to "Specialization is for insects."

Another one I liked, though the quote was about park rangers and it fits the RPG character background of a Ranger better than the NF class, is:

A ranger is a protector. You protect the land from the people, the people from the land, the people from each other, and the people from themselves. It's what you are trained to do without even thinking, a reflexive and unconditional act.

Chiming in real quick before someone here at work realizes I'm not engaged.

'Specialization is for insects.' I've said this to other people countless times over the years, when they curl the ol' lip at my variety. So, yeah. Awesome.

But, well, this one:
