Let the Paleo begin.

I've been toying with the idea of the Paleo diet for a while now and have started it today.

Instantly I felt less hungry during the day. Normally before lunch I get quite hungry and have a load of food.

Today was much better just by adding a load of veg with my omelette this morning.

Going to do this for 6 weeks and see what happens.

I have a exercise routine including resistance training so I will be interested in the results.

I'll keep you posted.


A diet is not a few weeks but for a lifetime.

So, I'm 6 days in and haven't slipped once. Let's keep going and see what happens.

Nice! The first week or so was the hardest for me, as I got hit with a bit of the "low-carb flu" and had no energy for a couple of days straight. But now, five and a half weeks in, I feel so much better than ever and never want to go back :P
