Oh man. As always, I bow down to your lifts. You are mah hero! Also nice work on the sprints!

And... My garage is on my "finish while the weather's decent" list. I did about 1/3 of it last weekend. Spiders have been crazy-bad in Kansas this summer (especially brown recluse), so that's the biggest thing holding me back. But, must conquer! It's definitely nice to conquer something like that!

I can relate to the "practice != competition". I can still bench more in practice than I've succeeded with at a meet. Squat and DL is the other way around. Routinely do more in the meets than during practice.

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.

I can relate to the "practice != competition". I can still bench more in practice than I've succeeded with at a meet. Squat and DL is the other way around. Routinely do more in the meets than during practice.

There's just something about being in front of a bunch of people watching me... I'm still new to the platform, but I'm sure the anxiety will lessen over time. Hopefully!

It was super awesome to hit this PR this morning. I was going to change my goal to body weight, but hell, that's only 4kg away now. I guess I'll set my new goal at 110? I don't know! 100 felt kinda easy....

Yes ! I like it. The more you lift, eat and sleep, the better your numbers are over time and the more PRs you hit. I don't believe I have ever seen women at my university gym back squatting your numbers.

How come your DL numbers aren't up there. It doesn't have to be a part of the challenge, but it'll make all the others even more jelly of you. :D

correct me if i'm wrong, but weightlifters typically don't focus on regular deads because there is no direct carryover.

ARGH! I ate gluten yesterday... Son of a... AND, I just ate a breakfast sandwich today. I really need to cook my breakfasts on Sunday for the week. Breakfast seems to be my weak point...

Dropped the barbell on my last clean with my elbow on my knee, so it bent my wrist backwards. Ouchie! But, it's okay now.

Tomorrow evening is big lift night! Looking for a PR or two... :D
