Analysis: So, Assassins Creed 3 is the best game every played like everz. :D Anyway, I felt very nice at the gym today. Did a fair bit of stretching before I got into the squats. Focused purely on form. Head and back straight, high-ish bar, down to parallel properly (I am not flexible enough for ATG but will have to work on that eventually) Bench press was good. Did 4 reps on every working set. I like it, focused slow down to the chest, touch it and then power up. Finally, pull ups are coming along nice and easy. Next target is 5 pullups. I have to concentrate more on the head and try to stop the swaying of my body, but hey, at least, I can do 1 real pull up. I saw a bro today at the gym doing half pull ups - whats up with that?

Today's Bodyweight: ?? (Forgot to measure in the morning)

Analysis: I think that this is my last update for the challenge. I achieved 2 of my chalenge goals, i.e. the squat and the OHP. I got very close to the deadlift and somewhat close on the bench although the bench target was pretty steep. I did not achieve these goals probably because I shifted from a stronglifts type of program to a starting strength kind of a program. More warmup + working sets are good. I am focusing completely on form. Not 100% satisfied with my form on everything but I am getting there by deloading significantly and working on form

Today's Bodyweight: 184.4 lbs (Why is my weight fluctuating so much in the last week?)

Thanks. I don't really care about weight gain. Its just puzzling to see so much fluctuation over the last couple of weeks. Could be all that beer that had been drunk though. :P

Haha, I know.. At work today they're doing a little competition to see who can not lose weight, but not gain and I was like what about those of us who might want to gain?

At the camp I worked at over the summer, we did a "Biggest Losers" with Biggest Maintainer and Biggest Loser. I think I lost 3% of my body weight, and the winner lost 4% or 5%. We didn't do Biggest Gainer because it's a camp of chicks. ;P And I'm not sure anyone of them would want anyone to know that.
