There are some videos in the main thread. Basically, you bend down, kick your legs out to pushup position, do a pushup, and jump up.

I'm gonna do the Open 12.1 workout tonight. Max amount of burpees in 7 minutes.

Logged mine for the day =o) I'm utilising the same technique as Jaksavage while at work and throwing 15 in when I take a bathroom break, as well as starting my warm-up tonight with them. Reckon I can log between 90 and 135 a day; hopefully that amount won't aggravate the ankle injury too much (leading with my good leg a bit).

Let's do this!

The best part of this is watching my 4-year-old do burpees with me!

Isn't it great...I love watching my 2yr old daughter try to do pushups with me. Hilarious.

I will join in as soon as I get home from work.
