Well, I wasn't able to get any in at work today, so I topped out at 171. My knees are killing me and I have 2 really busy days coming up, so I think that's going to be my whole contribution for the Rangers.

Damn my busyness, only just seen this! Luckily I've had burpees in Thursday and Friday's workout (100 in each), did 50 at swimming land training this morning, just smashed out another 3 sets of 50 for time to try and catch up. More later today :)

I'm at a bit over 500 total...let me tell you...my legs aren't thanking me!! I think a few days off starting monday are in order! I"m gonna try my hardest to hit my goal of over 1000 and hope my legs are still attached come monday...

Awesome Jak! Just hit 55 more this morning about 30 mins ago and I am gearing up for another set of 55. Have daughter's AYSO and we are going to the county fair tonight, so I'm trying to get as many in this morning as possible.

Been to Chichester this afternoon to visit the cathedral and wander around the old town. Took inspiration from our mighty leader and exercised in the cathedral gardens, another 300 burpees in sets of 100, as well as HSPU's and Pullups. Getting there, more in the gym tonight!

Thanks- figured it out and added myself before I saw you put a line on there for me. I'm doing okay, but I'm nowhere near your total. I may also be done. Have to wait to see what I feel like in the morning, but right now my left shoulder sounds like a bowl of Rice Crispies as I go up and down. Shoulders are not supposed to sound like non-Paleo breakfast cereals.

Lmao! True enough there! My wrist and elbow used to sound like that before I started lifting...never figured out what it was. Every amount helps! Let's win this Rangers!! All your specs are belong to US!!

I must warn you. The last time I did burpees I had trouble walking for a week afterwards. Something about doing 200 at once with all the other running, push-ups, etc. Then that weekend I had to go for a walk (well, stumble) all the way down fingal spit (the sand bar there) and back again. I think perhaps I'll take it a little easier on the secret weapons this time.

Edit: oh bugger. I would see this with less than 48 hours to go wouldn't I? Ah well. I can promise you at least 100. Not sure how many more.

Yes. Oh yes. My hamstrings are -feeling- these. So's my lower back. On the bright side, I know where I'm weak?

Managed another 100 in my workout and 200 more in sets of 20 or 10 through the evening yesterday. Will try get some more in today.

Sorry, guys. Tapping out at 40 today, 410 total. Legs are shot and the plan calls for a 2 mile timed run tomorrow morning.

No apologies Jimmie65! You rock! I'm finding extra motivation trying to keep up with my Ranger teammates.

Gotta stop for today. I get to keep going until 0830 tomorrow my time, so if my shoulder will cooperate, I'll get a few more in.
