My knees are killing me and I have 2 really busy days coming up, so I think that's going to be my whole contribution for the Rangers. Luckily I've had burpees in Thursday and Friday's workout (100 in each), did 50 at swimming land training this morning, just smashed out another 3 sets of 50 for time to try and catch up. Took inspiration from our mighty leader and exercised in the cathedral gardens, another 300 burpees in sets of 100, as well as HSPU's and Pullups. Getting there, more in the gym tonight! Baenlynn Posted September 30, 2012 Report Share Posted September 30, 2012 I must warn you. The last time I did burpees I had trouble walking for a week afterwards. Something about doing 200 at once with all the other running, push-ups, etc. Then that weekend I had to go for a walk (well, stumble) all the way down fingal spit (the sand bar there) and back again. I think perhaps I'll take it a little easier on the secret weapons this time.Edit: oh bugger. I would see this with less than 48 hours to go wouldn't I? Ah well. I can promise you at least 100.
