Hello everyone. I just hit my 2 year mark for deciding to get healthy. I started my quest when the fitbit came out and have lost 160lbs. I followed ( for the most part ) the weight watchers plan just because it was easy to put a number on a food and decide if I want this or that. I went from a xxxxl shirt and now am in a medium. I am down to my labs 10 lbs and am focusing on muscle definition and increasing endurance during runs. Hope to pick up some tips and tricks from the site to share with coworkers. We all work for a tech company and do mini challenges in the office around fitness.
