Phew, got a mile in today of sprint intervals. I wish I could have posted more numbers so far, but we have been meeting with lawyers all week because we are going to court soon for a custody case. Sigh.

I'd much rather be doing sprints...lol...

Woke up late this morning, so I missed my morning run and I was thinking about just skipping today-but then I saw the adventurers were gaining on us so I had to hit the track! Got in 5km of 1:30 slow/1:30 sprint but it was too hot to do any more. I'll get up tomorrow morning to squeeze a few more kms in if my legs agree to it-these adventurers aren't making it easy!

Ahh crap I just saw this :( I did HIIT on Thursday but I used street blocks as markers so I'm not sure what my distance was. I'll just say a mile. I also did a 5k today and while I normally wouldn't count it, my army friend pushed the pace way faster than I usually run distances, so I guess I'll count that.

Bought the weight vest back with me to visit the folks, got up this morning and did 10x 200m sprints up and down our track with 45 secs in between each with the vest, then the same without. Dead now, hope it helps our cause!

I need to add another 1200m to my total, all thanks to my kids.

There favourite game at the moment is hyperdash, which is awesome for making sprinting even more fun and enjoyable - not to mention possible when home alone with 3 children .

Then at little athletics they had a parent relay which was about 500m in total but I did that with a 10kg baby on my back.

Lots of fun

Now I just need to access my computer to add it in

Gonna try and add in another 2 miles today. My legs are a bit stiff, just gonna warm-up well and let my body dictate when I stop.

Olly, did you take out the bike sprints from your total? Don't want anyone to complain unfair.

OK, that's me done, I think. Wanted to go out for another short one later but my body's pretty much telling me it's a no-go after the last few days, as well as today's other workouts.

You sir, have earned feeling dead today.

Kinder, you've done pretty well too.

Hell, everybody who's participated has done really well.

Nightlight and Baron K have blanks next to their names. Hope they have about 47 km between them to post as that's how much 800 meters per 58 participants comes to.

I have 4k to add to my total. :D I swear, these past two challenges have pushed me out of my comfort zone into my compete zone, and I have done great things because of it. I am SO thankful for Nerd Fitness.

I love/hate you guys so much right now.

As soon as I get home, those 74 meters next to my name are history.

DOO EETTTT! But don't kill your shins as I still need a lifting buddy!

I wanted to do a couple more kms today, but yoga teacher killed me with all the warriors and yoga squats in the world-my legs are out of juice. So now I'm just going to sit on the sidelines, soaking my legs and cheering you guys on!

Nightlight and Baron K have blanks next to their names. Hope they have about 47 km between them to post as that's how much 800 meters per 58 participants comes to.

Why thank you =o) I am destroying a huge chicken salad as my way of repaying the muscles!

But yeah, everyone's done fantastically; even if we don't win, just the sheer effort by all involved makes me proud to "range"!

"It's raining" is a pretty good excuse to sprint around campus right? Will be adding bit by bit as I sprint around finishing up errands throughout the day.

Got sent on an errand so I did my sprints during that. Didn't have my running sneakers, running clothes. Skinny jeans + converse + pleather jacket totally sound like ideal running gear.

Calculating... And it comes out to 1900m. If I get the chance I'll do another later. Adding to my tally.

I've been sprinting around in jeans all day too. Only added like 300 m though...
