Kuiken Posted October 6, 2012 Report Share Posted October 6, 2012 Woke up late this morning, so I missed my morning run and I was thinking about just skipping today-but then I saw the adventurers were gaining on us so I had to hit the track! Got in 5km of 1:30 slow/1:30 sprint but it was too hot to do any more. I'll get up tomorrow morning to squeeze a few more kms in if my legs agree to it-these adventurers aren't making it easy! I'll just say a mile. I also did a 5k today and while I normally wouldn't count it, my army friend pushed the pace way faster than I usually run distances, so I guess I'll count that.
