Hi guys. This is my first challenge in Nerd Fitness. I hope I'll be able to do everything correctly. If i don't, well better luck next time!

**First Target**

Increase my heavy lifts![TABLE=width: 500]

**Second Target**

Decrease my 5.2k run from 32 minutes to 30 minutes or less.

Stats to be acquired:

Dex + 2. Sta +2

**Third Target**

Reach target weight of 180 lbs. from my current 188 lbs. before year end.

Stats to be acquired:

Con + 2. Sta +2

**Deadline!?**

Deadline is on first week of December or earlier!

Wis+2

I made some adjustments with my goals because I think most of them are too easy. I am sick and tired of being weak. I have high hopes with 5x5. I hope i'll keep on sticking with the program. Currently, lots of people in the gym are asking why do I keep on doing squats. I told them that Squats are very important for strength and any other sports conditioning. As expected, they don't believe me and even said that I might even ruin my legs (knees). I can't wait to get strong and get the last laugh :)
