MSUNDERLIN'S First Challenge

Hi I'm Mike a Lvl one Ranger. I really like the Idea of having a class. So my first 6 week Challenge is 3 parts.

1.) Run a 5K running 3 days a week (using Run double a couch to 5K app)

2.) Perform 100 pushups.

3.) Track all of my meals.

4.) Post on my nerdfitness blog Daily with meal and exercise log for the prior day.

So my Challenge started early but it will continue until 12/24/12 and I am adding a new level to my challenge goals. I'm currently on week eight of my couch to 5k program. I have 4 more runs. Woot!!!

So a new goal to level up. Barefoot running. I have heard that it is folly to just start running barefoot. I will restart my couch to 5k program but this time Barefooted.(who needs shoes anyways).

With the 100 pushups program I'm not getting all I wanted from it as in strength building so I have started the beginner body weight workouts and my goal is to complete the advanced body weight workout by christmas.

I want to also make more of my meals at home and be more primal. I make 1- 2 meals a week at home and that gives me most of my lunches for the week so im doing pretty good. but I want to be better.

To quote AA (I'm a recovering addict) "I'm striving for progress not perfection". I know there will be slip ups and set backs but I can't let that deter me from my goals and what I want for myself in life.
