Are You A Victim Of The Big 3

Recommended Posts

Style over substance. The really sad part is the author seems to lack awareness of his pathetic-ness.

Not really, the entire site is geared around selling his product, which is to get the body popular in media that he is preaching in the article. It's geared toward people who don't care about actually being strong, just looks. He knows it and he's selling it. He probably knows exactly how to get big and strong if he wanted to.

yah and also it's not like it's an uncommon view.

i mean look at the workout of the month things they put in fitness magazines. it's like never ever the big 3. it's like weird variations of bicep curls and shoulder press.

well they have to keep coming up with stuff so that they can keep selling their warez. Otherwise they wouldn't be making money.

Honestly, what magazines exist anymore that have real content that ISN'T bad for the consumers? National Geographic?

The last fitness mag I picked up had a special article on how to get strong. Where every single exercise was done in the Smith Machine. :)
