Having been overweight all my life, I find it hard to look at myself and see that I can be attractive. Yes sometimes clothes are flattering, but it's always because of the clothes, not the body in them. This whole week I've been checking out my body, with a sense of pride and confidence. My strength woot: Clean and Press with 85lbs for 3 sets of 5. It felt easy. This was my max for maybe one set a month ago. And I did this after deadlifts. *happy dance*So strong AND pretty.
