Yashin
I am ready and excited for my first challenge.A little background info on me. I'm 23 years old and in my final year of school. I've always been a big man. I'm only 6'3" but I appear much bigger. I've lost 85 lbs since last December but I have stalled recently. I've taken a couple months off and am ready to get back on the right track. So here are my goals:No more weight machines. I know if I want to join the rebellion I am going to have to get over my fear of the back of the gym. So I want to develop and execute a free weight routine that I enjoy and use every time I go to the gym. +3 STR +2 STALose some weight. My weight fluctuates a lot, so I can't say "lose 10 lbs." My goal is to HAVE to wear a belt on size 38 pants. I can squeeze into them now, but I want them loose. I'll keep track of my measurements during the challenge. +1 DEX +2 CHANo more eating out. I find myself getting lazy and just eating take out. I've managed to figure out how to order healthy(ish) meals, but I want to eat more at home. So I am going to allow myself 1 6" sub from Subway a week and nothing else. I am going to bring lunches to school and cook supper at home. +2 CON +1 WISGet some help. I have this thing about doctors. It's a mental thing that I always think they are judging me. I need to get over it. I use to go to a chiropractor that did great things for me in high school. I stopped going after I gained a bunch of weight, but now that I've been working out for a year I'm feeling the wear on my body. I want to go back and see him, and follow his instructions to a T. +2 CON +2 WISAny tips or advice is greatly appreciated!
