Doing it, I'm going to be like my idol for this challenge.

I'm in, I'm going to be more like my idol. Who is my idol? Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z. He's strong, confident, and a total BAMF.

Goals:

Train like a Saiyan. I want to increase the challenge of my workout every time I go to the gym by at least 5 lbs in some way. I'm currently down on my strength and this will help me make some real progress. +3 Str, + 1 Con, +1 Sta

TRAIN AT 10 times Earth's gravity!!! Like my previous goal, but different. I found that my gym has the belts that you can hang weights from for pull ups. I've tried it out and it's hard for me. This is my current Kakarot. I want to be able to do full sets of 10. I'm currently struggling with sets of 5 at 20 pounds. +1 Str, +2 Con, +2 Sta

Know not to rely only on my muscles. I need to move so I'm going to focus on improving my flexibility. I want to learn the free standing handstand. I don't have the patience for it but I think it would be a useful skill. +2 Dex

Life Goal:

Someone one I know recruited me to be Vegeta in a burlesque show. I'm kind of a lot of shy, so I'll have to tap into his confidence to pull this one off. I'm not sure what my number will be yet, if I have to make it up or join someone else's, but I'm looking forward to it. +3 Cha

Recap for my missed posts:

Wednesday was bodyweight with weights day. Still struggling after a few sets with 20 lbs, but my dips are looking stronger than my pull ups. Squats went up by five to 160.

Friday was back to weights. Deadlifts, squats, and overhead press up by five. Now, 160, 165, and 65, respectively.

Today was bodyweight with weights day. Slightly more progress, but no full sets of 10 yet.

Handstands are still a weakness for me, I keep looking at my hands and that throws off my balance. I'll keep at this.

Working on my costume for Friday's show. I'm so nervous.

Wednesday: Went to the gym. squats 185, deadlifts 175, bench press 145. PR on bench presses, and they were tough to get.

Practiced my number for Friday's show. Seems well recieved.

Tonight worked on costume. IT'll be done by tomorrow.

The show went great! There were laughs, I had a ton of audience participation, and I felt great afterwards. Life Goal, down.

Today at the gym I did 190 on squats, failed at 185 with deadlifts but will try again, and overhead pressed 85. overheard press was a new PR. Things are going ok so far, but my progress with hand stands is still slow.
