I loved my first challenge. Even though I didn't level up, I really came close, and it pushed me to work really hard. SO, that being said, here are my new goals.

First off, info.

Team: Scout

Eating habits? Semi Vegetarian? (i cheat with Tuna, eggs, milk, and whey protein, for now)

any other info? i love running, and drawing and painting.

Squad? foooo SHOO!!!

k. Goals:

Fitness Goals are as follows:

1. I want to be able to bench press 140 lbs by the end of this challenge. I'm at 70 lbs right now. I'm hoping with the achievement in this goal, I would have gained a lot more definition in my upper body.

2. Workout 4-6 times a week, at High intensity, for atleast an hour each time.

3. Shift my diet from 30% protein, 55% carbs and 15% fat to:

60% Protein, 30% Carbs, and 10% Fat.

Life Goals:

1. Get an A+ in Life Drawing.

2. Get an A+ on my next Painting.

3. Have a good conversation with my brother everyday.

I think you need a tagline. Something like: JediSi - Rocking the shit out of Open Heart Surgery.

If you want to be part of a team or if you want to work alone:
