Name: Perrins Brief overview of goals: 1. eat Paleo 90% this month 2. loose 10lbs 3. increase weight training by 20% Class: Warrior If you follow a specific way of eating: Paleo Any other piece of information you think would be useful for team creation: doing usually about: 30-45 min of stationary with random intervals 15-20min of rowing usually 5k meters 10-15min on the arc machine (it kicks my ass) and 3-5 rounds of upper and or lower body strength training exercises. (i.e.: leg curls, preacher curls, pull downs, etc) If you want to be part of a team or if you want to work alone: first time here so really don’t know how this works but im game for anything. Manu Posted February 3, 2011 Report Share Posted February 3, 2011 I loved my first challenge. Even though I didn't level up, I really came close, and it pushed me to work really hard. SO, that being said, here are my new goals. First off, info. Team: Scout Eating habits? Semi Vegetarian? (i cheat with Tuna, eggs, milk, and whey protein, for now) any other info? i love running, and drawing and painting. Squad? foooo SHOO!!! k. Goals: Fitness Goals are as follows: 1. I want to be able to bench press 140 lbs by the end of this challenge. I'm at 70 lbs right now. I'm hoping with the achievement in this goal, I would have gained a lot more definition in my upper body. 2. Workout 4-6 times a week, at High intensity, for atleast an hour each time. 3. Shift my diet from 30% protein, 55% carbs and 15% fat to: 60% Protein, 30% Carbs, and 10% Fat. Life Goals: 1. Get an A+ in Life Drawing. 2. Get an A+ on my next Painting. 3.
