Hi again guys!

It's time for my second ever 6 week challenge here at NF, I'm really psyched and it feels like this will be alot of fun.

My last challenge went ok, but not great, I failed my life-goal but this time I'm sure I'll nail it!.

Fitness & Diet goals:

1. Increase my "comfortable" benchpress weight with 10kg, I'm currently doing 3x5 sets of 55kg and want to get that up to 3x5 65kg. I'm going to do this by putting focus on my bench when I'm at the gym and I'm going to try to increase the weight little by little, just a few kilograms per week, it's really just a increase per week of 1,66kg so I think that should be fine. +3 STR +1 CHA

2. Do two "black" boulders at my climbing gym. At my gym all the boulders are color coded, blue is the easiest, then red, then black and then white. They say that the black ones range from 6A to 6C+, I'm aiming for one of the easier ones and I think that it will be possible if I just stick with it and work at my projects. +2 STR +2 DEX

3. Bring lunch from home atleast three times a week. I've been slacking of quite a bit on cooking food at home and I'm the champion of eating out on my lunch-break. These six weeks im going to bring atleast 18 lunches from home and acutally eat them as well. To track this I'll make a google spreadsheet and also gain the benefit of tracking my eating habits. +2 WIS +1 Wallet ;)

Life goal:

Organize all my papers!

I failed at this last challenge, so this time I'm going to own this challenge! The papers will beg for mercy once I'm done with them!

Sounds like you have some solid goals!!

Good luck with bringing that lunch to work!!! I'm currently having the flow of bringing lunch with me 4x a week. My cheat day is on Wednesday, so I buy at the cafeteria then :)

Try to think of doing something really simple for the lunch, so it's easy to keep rocking that goal :D

@Jake1989: Cool, how long have you been climbing?

Yesterday was a pretty good day, atleast trainingwise, paid my dues at the climbing gym, did some bouldering and sent some "red" boulders, afterwards I did pullups, chinup, benchpress and situps, not my normal gym routine but it's what I can do with what little is available at the gym section.

Haven't chosen my two projects yet because next friday they're going to re-do all the boulders and put up new ones, so until then I'm just going to climb for the fun of it and to get stronger so I will be fit enough to take on my two projects.

Your black boulders are my blue ones! My actual level must be around 5A, 5A+. I'm trying some 6A regularly, but still far from solving them. Good luck with that and have fun! (who am I kidding, bouldering is always fun)

Hi guys!

So far so good.

Been working towards my goals and it feels like I'm on a roll right now, the only thing that might be a problem is the benchpress goal, the bench at my climbinggym is broken so I won't be able to do my sets after climbing. Since climbing is my no. 1 priority, it feels like that goal isn't in the bank yet so to speak... We'll see if I can muster the willpower to go to the gym someday this week but it's been really hectic and I've been doing good otherwise.

Climbing wise it feels like I've gotten a little bit of a renaissance and I'm really "feeling it" right now. I'm actually going climbing today and it will be my third day of climbing in four days, and my fourth day of physical activity in four days.

Feels like I'm going to crash on thursday due to exhaustion, but that's ok :)

@Kibcy: Well, you know what they say, no rest for the wicked ;)

Hi guys!

Yesterday I didn't do so good at the climbing gym, I think it might have something to do with the fact that my brother, who I was there with, got a little bit dizzy everytime he stood up, so I king of rushed to get done with my things so he wouldn't have to stay too long. Did manage to squeeze in a mini session at the gym section though, so there's always that.

I also had an epiphany last week, I usually do compound excercises, but the one musclegroup that gets left behind is, *drumroll*, the biceps!

Therefore I have decided to humor my vanity and start doing biceps curls. Just for shits n' giggles ya'know.

Soooo, it's been a while...

I've been sick for about a week and then I just haven't had any time on this forum since then.

Here's a little update:

The benchpress stuff - Feels quite far away right no, when I was sick I barely ate for a week and I can feel that I've gotten a bit weaker. But I'm gonna do my best and atleast get an A for effort on this one!

Eating out - Been doing quite good, not much to say.

Two "black" boulder problems - Don't really know, they recently replaced all the boulders at my climbing gym so I haven't been able to find two projects, but I will say this - I've been climbing quite a bit recently and it feels like I'm in a bit of a flow, so I'm optimistic about this one :-)
