Brief overview of goals:

Fitness goal 1: Do some type of workout at least 5 days a week.

Fitness goal 2: Start the C25k plan.

Fitness goal 3: Start the 7 weeks to 50 pullups plan.

Diet goal: Eat Paleo at least 75% of the time.

Life goal: Finish cleaning/straightening up my room.

Life goal 2: Finish my Governor's school application.

Class:

Ranger/warrior primarily, druid/assassin secondly.

If you follow a specific way of eating:

I'm trying to eat as Paleo as possible.

Any other piece of information you think would be useful for team creation:

Not anything in particular.

If you want to be part of a team or if you want to work alone:

I don't really care, I'd like being on squad a little more through.

Keep us posted on the Couch to 5k...that's how I got my start with running last year, and I can highly recommend it...just remember to keep your speed low and your cadence high, and you'll do fine.

I'm not following a certain plan, I'm just making sure to work most of my body, I'm gonna do some of the stuff in "The Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness" by Ross Enamait. I can't do a pull up yet, but the plan starts you with assisted and negative pullups at first.

Ross is well, a boss. Hands down.

Not sure how I missed this guide, thought I was familiar with all his work.

I love his guide, it has a bunch of info and it's a great motivation. Today I worked out, including the 7 week 50 pull up plan. I also ate pretty paleo although it was closer to 65% then 75%. I also spent about 10-15 minutes cleaning my room.

I'm still alive!!! Sorry I haven't been on in a few days. My Internet's been down for the past few days. Unfortunatly I haven't had very much time to workout but I have been doing the 50 pullups plan.

do tell how your progress is going with couch 2 5k once my ankle get's into running shape I plan to start it as well

OK guys, once again, sorry I haven't been on much, internet's still spotty at best. The semster at my school changed, which means different classes. I have a Strength Training class this semester so I won't be doing my own workouts, but I'll try to post a daily synopsis of what we did. The past three days (Mon, Tues, and Wends) we did a Dynamic warmup consisting of jogging, sprinting, stretching, and some body weight exercises, taking about 10 minutes. Then we went over proper form for the different exercises (I have near perfect from for most of the exercises, win), taking about 45-50 minutes. Lastly, we played basketball for the rest of the class (~20 minutes).

Bad news, and I am very upset about this, but I am no longer in the Strength training class, through no fault of my own. My English class was to full (it only had 28 people in it, not that much) so they changed some peoples schedules so they wouldn't be in that class, and I was one of them. Unfortunately the only other English class available was 3td period, which was when the strength training class was. I tried a bunch to keep my schedule the same, asked the vice principal and the principal, but they both told me that it was impossible and to forget about it. Now I have a regular PE class during 4th block.

Good news, and I'm very excited about this, today I started the C25K plan and loved it. I am doing it with my dad, who loves running and would run 5+ miles a day if he had time, so I ma sure to stick with it. The first day workout was pretty easy even through it's pretty hilly around here and I am still getting rid of the last vestiges of a cold.

Last day!!!!!

Meh. Life go in the way, but I was doing pretty well the first few weeks.

Fitness goal 2: Start the C25k plan.

Check, not as early as I hoped to, but I still started.

Fitness goal 3: Start the 7 weeks to 50 pullups plan.

Started, did one week, and quit. It wasn't because I didn't like it, just my pullup bar was temporarily unavailable.

Diet goal: Eat Paleo at least 75% of the time.

Close, still way to many grains through.

Life goal: Finish cleaning/straightening up my room.

Didn't get much done, if anything it looks worse.

Life goal 2: Finish my Governor's school application.

Check, just it time too.
