Calip Posted February 1, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 The 500m row time I've set is what I managed to achieve today down from 2:05 (which I achieved a week or so ago). I would have tackled my 800m sprint time but I got ill at the gym and couldn't stay any longer. Link to post

Good going!::zielperson:: I forgot the timing while I was half way through the challenge so I assumed I had to achieve 1:55 to get to level 1. It was good because it meant I shaved a good chunk off my old time but I did myself in achieving it. I'm alright now but I over did it in the gym. Sprint time is my main focus next along with trying to maintain my row speed for the time being. Link to post

realJWade Posted February 2, 2011 Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 It's hard to say this to a Ravens fan (just kidding) but well done. Those 2 extra push ups might not seem like much now, but a few more gains like that and you'll have doubled your consecutive push up total. Link to post

I managed to beat my 800m sprint time which I'm pleased with but I think I can get it down again. 3:44 is my lastest time. Link to post
