In the first 6 months of my stay, I lost 50 pounds, but unfortunately this last year of my life has been the hardest ever: divorce, depression, and some gained weight. So much to see and you feel so accomplished when you summit. My partner and I vacationed in the Adirondacks and it was one of the best times of my life. I cannot wait until we can go again. One of my longterm goals is to climb the highest mountain in the Adirondacks So how are you feeling getting back into your rebellion groove? It takes a huge amount of inner strength to tell yourself to get up and do it (based on your blog I am sure you know that). You will get back everything you worked for because you are working to get it Also, I think it is great that they (Whole30) post what to expect day by day. If I hit the hangover phase without knowing what it was I would likely stop but knowing it is normal and it gets better makes it worth wile. It'll push you through a lot of the movements faster, and you'll build your strength relatively quickly. It gave me some great results on my end.
