Pat G
I cleaned out the pantry of just about all junky stuff today. Mostly because, A) they hurt my teeth when i eat all that sugary goodness, I want to eat clean when i'm not fasting and C) my wife does too, have to take self control out of the equation. This morning's warmups included 2x30 push ups, 3x10 bodyweight rows and a 1.5k barefoot walk. thank you GOD for the white lines on the road or my feet would be blistered like a sand raiders face. katscratch
42!!!!!!! Holy moly!! Yeah you're going to have to start running at 2am. Or wear a suit made of two layers of leakproof material filled with dry ice. And look all badass running in your bright silver mylar suit with dry ice smoke trailing behind you. At 2am. aj_rock
Subbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbed. Since you apparently actually update this one Quote Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Pat G
Sgood huh. I generally feel like a n00b after reading your battle log; light, volume, intensity days, with data on calories and run times and projected goals, and complicated words that take me 5 minutes to understand.
