Foundation Stuff that I'm Continuing Forward Cigarettes: <5/dayWater >64 ounces/dayNo coffee, no sugar in my teaScout: Biking 3x/week (continue to increase level by increasing distance covered in 30 minutes)Pilates 90 minutes/weekWarrior: Weights 3x/week (continue to increase weight and reps / set)Post battle log daily during the work weekNew Stuff for this challenge: Druid: Work week daily reading of the articles in Zen HabitsAssassin: Go rock climbing at least onceMonk: Increase maximum plank by holding 5+ nights a weekNo television except for Arrow on Thursday night with the boys (Nothing until January 16)Saturday: Rest dayClean my roomSome Legal stuff That I Can't Avoid Anymore DMV - this might take a whole day, but it needs straightening up. Currently scheduled for January 14-18.Court CrapCreate a battle plan for debts. Post it to the Fellowship, even if you don't post it anywhere else. Drinking calories is something I have often struggled with so I had to start forcing myself to grab water not juice tea not soda. Good Luck on all your goals! Maybe since you always feel so amazing after going to the gym, next time stop afterwords and take some time to write down how you feel. Keep that paper nearby your bed (or whatever is making it hard to get to the gym in the AM) and read it when you don't feel like going. Remembering it in your own vivid detail may help motivate.
