Tkal
Hi all! this post is just to open the thread, but I am still working on targets. Ok, not much work to do, it will be almost the same of my previous challenge, but for some adaptation due to vacation time . But since I am working mainly on gymnastic and climbing (walls, mountains, trees...) it feels more adequate to be an assassin than anything else. Raikas
What kind of gymnastics? Tumbling? Bar work? Ring work? Guess it must be ring work given the title, right? Wood Elf Assassin -- Level 10 --STR 26 | DEX 13 | STA 19 | CON 7 | WIS 14 | CHA 14 Link to comment
Tkal
I am copying my goals from my previous challenge, since I want to make real habits out of them.Fitness 1: Rings! The guys at GMB have been really helpful so far, so the technical part goes completely to them (sorry for not sharing much here). For the challenge consistency is the important part. Since I will be on holiday for 2 weeks during this challenge, Iḿ going to keep the daily routine, but still thinking what to work on for the long (and thus short) routines. Probably it will be some handstand or balancing practice... anyway, something to define with GMB guysThis goal gives me strength (2), dexterity (2) and stamina (1)Fitness 2: climb and playLast challenge this was the most difficult thing. I doubt this time I can do better... But I have my vacation in the mountains! so my goal is to manage every week to do something in this bucket: climbing/bouldering, aikido/tumbling, exploring the great outside (with some playing/climbing/jumping/rolling)This goal gives me dexterity (1) and stamina (2), so the CHA point has become a STA point since I plan to work longer/harder but aloneNutritionsame as last time: keep calories in check (around 11000 cals/week) and eat paleo (and as last time I am counting from meal 43 up for getting points)This goal gives me points for constitution (3)Life goalsI continue with studying Dutch. Next course start in February, so I am counting only 30 minutes of daily practice. This goal gives me wisdom (2) and charisma (2). In this case one WIS point has become CHA because i want to interact more with real people and less with theory booksI am completing my tracker, the best tool I used in previous challenge. Tkal
I did not managed to set up my tracker yet, so for the moment everything is on paper: info is there, but I miss the daily feedback to tune my diet (especially now that I am suffering from too much emotional eating). I was expecting to be able to pick up rings routine where I left them before Xmas, but an almost-3-weeks break set me way back and now I am struggling again with planks, holds and dips. Also the morning routine is quite hard to pick up again: 2 months were not enough to set the habit :-( Tkal, level 8 Dwarf assassin playing with the monksSTR 13.5 | DEX 19.25 | STA 16 | CON 18.75 | WIS 18 | CHA 14.5My walls (aka: random log) | Intro | Challenge 1 with tracker | Aborted Challenge 2 | "Real" challenge 2 | Challenge 3Challenge 4 | (never started)Challenge 5 | (super short) Challenge 5 | (third is a charm) Challenge 5 | Challenge 6Challenge 7 | Challenge 8 "Patience you must learn" Link to comment

Tkal
Challenge is going... well, it is not going. I stop tracking all the stuff I was supposed to, and after a while also doing them became a random thing. I am not going to wait next challenge to get back on the horse (?), but for now this is not the right place anymore to write about it. I am giving up on this challenge. I have a couple of weeks to prepare for next one. In the meantime I am still following the routine set for this challenge, but tracking/logging will happen on my wall Tkal, level 8 Dwarf assassin playing with the monksSTR 13.5 | DEX 19.25 | STA 16 | CON 18.75 | WIS 18 | CHA 14.5My walls (aka: random log) | Intro | Challenge 1 with tracker | Aborted Challenge 2 | "Real" challenge 2 | Challenge 3Challenge 4 | (never started)Challenge 5 | (super short) Challenge 5 | (third is a charm) Challenge 5 | Challenge 6Challenge 7 | Challenge 8 "Patience you must learn" Link to comment
Elastigirl
Sorry it didn't go as well as you would have liked this time.
