Cerulean's First Challenge

You might set aside a set amount of time (30,45, 60?) before bed to read.  It's a great way to relax.  Your emergency fund is off to a great start!  Don't let your coworkers peer-pressure you into doing something you don't want to (especially if, in the case of lactose intolerance, it's going to make you feel real icky later).  Granted, it's my downfall too (milkshakes and pizza? yum).

It's good that you've even kept on track with eating while being ill, don't underestimate what a good acheivement that is! Rest up well and you'll be back at the gym before you know it, at least you've been making an effort to keep active. Great work on your other goals too!
