So glad black coffee is still ok!Lunch - almost blew it, I assumed bacon would be ok, didn't think about it being turkey bacon (which would not have been my first choice anyway, but it was all we had) and ended up throwing it out. Had scrambled eggs with veggies - have to eat a big volume to get enough calories. (doesn't help I skipped breakfast cause I overslept). So I added some plain almonds.Going to cook some salmon steaks (caught by a friend in Alaska, MMMM!) for dinner - will have to figure out something to go with. We're putting new carpet in 2 rooms and the house is all torn up and cluttered and there's stuff hanging on the treadmill. I didn't plan ahead to decide what I would do instead of my usual workouts and just bagged them. Crap. Still, I did over 90% of all my goals (except the pushups) and only missed 2 workouts the whole 6 weeks! Yay! Got to spend way more quality time with my kid and that's something I'll keep working on going forward. So, results:17/18 strength workouts: 94%, + 1.9 STR, +0.9 CHA11/12 cardio workouts: 92%, +2.75 STA, +1.85 DEX41.75 hrs/42 quality time w/ kid: 99%, +3.95 WIS4/10 pushups, 40%, +0.8 STRMini challenges: +1 DEX, +1 CON My main problem was the pushup goal. I think the goal was too ambitious, and I didn't have a plan for getting it done.I'll need to work on that for the next challenge. Thanks to everyone who has been so supportive!
