D/F Goal 1: Replace the flavored creamers in my daily coffees with organic milk when at work.I currently drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day at work, each cup uses 2 creamers. Already drink milk w/ coffee at home on the weekends. If I splurge on Starbucks, it's usually on a weekend/once a week. D/F Goal 2: Eat an actual breakfast every day. And the coffee/milk doesn't count! D/F Goal 3: Exercise 6 days a week.Current exercise includes, but is not exclusively, 1 hour yoga class or Jillians Shred levels 2 and/or 3. I'll throw in other exercises (will try the body weight one), but building the habit of working out regularly is the goal. Life Goal 1: Spend the commercial times during 1 1-hr tv show a day decluttering/cleaning/organizing mail/etc. (I watch a lot of TV) Yay? Yay! Goal 2 -- I had a hard boiled egg, which was all I needed first thing because we had lunch pretty soon after I woke up. Goal 3 ... Well, got talked into doing all 3 levels of shred today. Kicked my tail! But glad to get it done since I'll just be going to yoga tomorrow. As for decluttering... well, I was having a really crappy night and my friend came over to keep me company. The clutter thing has gotten out of control more than usual I think because my personal life is a cluster and I can't focus. I didn't go into work, so breakfast was a bit later than usual, but I ate. Hardly had any energy so did half a shred yesterday, and a full lvl 3 shred today. I can def see definition starting in my arms after almost 3 weeks of it. I did fail on the coffee creamer thing this morning back at work because I forgot to bring my new milk. Went to yoga today, and been doing shred as planned. Also, while I'm not necessarily cleaning during commercials, I have cleaned every day. I am reorganizing my dresser and closet... currently 4 of my drawers are completely reorganized and actually neat, yay! Not so successful: creamers in my morning coffees still for actual flavor. Maybe I need to switch to vanilla soymilk. Or start bringing in K cups because our coffee is turrible. Not a good excuse, I recognize that. But something must be done! You could add a couple of drops to your coffee & perk it up - that's what I do at home. But I did successfully transition off of the creamer, yeehaw!I did really well working out 6 days a week at first, but the last 2 weeks I only got in 3 or 4 days.Ate breakfast probably 90% of the time, so yay.As for cleaning... well thank god for that last mini challenge because otherwise I'd totally not done anything.
