See the Northern Lights in Alaska

Washington D.C. Cherry Blossom Festival

Zipline in Costa Rica

Emulate Superman outside the Super Museum in Illinois

Ride in a gondola in Venice

Spend the night in a Disney park castle

Return to Swaziland & Mkhombokati at least one more time.

 

Fitness/Health

Try Paleo for 30 days -- if I like it, then make the transition to eating mostly this way

100 Pushups Challenge (1 set, 100 proper pushups)

Run a 5K

Run a 10K

Run a Half Marathon

Swim 500 yd. in 5:30

Do 20 "pike ups" in a row

Become a certified Zumba instructor & teach a regular class

 

Personal

Master & memorize Debussy's "Clair de Lune"

Master & memorize Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata"

Get my French level to "Fluent"

Obtain excellent archery skills (hits mark at least 85% of the time)

See an NFL game live

Become a decent tap dancer

Learn the Ukulele well enough that I can have a "jam session" with other uke-playing friends

Read 500 fiction books I've never read (marked from January 2013)

Get my Master's Degree

Level Up my Tolkien knowledge

(yeah, I know this is kind of generic - but without being an "academic" it's difficult to get the title of "scholar" or "expert" which is basically the goal of this goal)

Pretty good start!  Keep us posted on how it goes.  I love seeing goals of the Epic Quest being achieved.  Make you feel so awesome when one finally gets checked off.  And remember, what are you going to do today that will get you closer to one of these goals?  If nothing, why not?
