It's REALLY going to make us look a lot less dangerous when someone walks into the camp and sees assassins swing dancing

Our swing dancing will lead our enemies into a false sense of security.  Also, I think ninja costumes should be required for our swing dancing meetup.

 

We can only hope.

Lots of hopping around on the balls of my feet. Plenty of calf work today.

 

While on that high-tempo number, I was doing some collegiate shag (a dance in the swing family). Not nearly as good as this, though.

Week One Results:


1. Hanging around the bars! Two workouts out of Three.


 


2. Get a Move On! Four days out of Three!


 


3. Stretch it Out! One stretch session out of Two


 


4. Life Goal: Internet  Pretty good. Stuck to the 2.5-hour period during work days. Didn't stick to weekends, but will do for the rest of the challenge.


 


This first week was basically getting me back into the groove of things. I'm glad I did. I'm digging the music goal. Pretty fun. Onward.

That routine looks like so much fun. Annnnnd now I'm googling swing dancing classes in NYC. TOO MANY COOL THINGS TO LEARN AAHH. Could you recommend any routines for beginner videos on Youtube or anything? I'm dead serious; I feel like my tendency to be all feet and elbows could really be a hidden gift here.

I had a 10 minute stretch routine i found on youtube, but to be honest I have bastardized it so much it is nothing like it started so...

I wanted to see what you were doing, to see I could steal a part :)

 

BTW how are you liking the animal crawls?

Sea-Level: Super Slacker.

 

Things aren't happening right now. I did about 3 hours of swing dancing this past weekend, so maybe I can load up on my 10-minute random increments.

 

Not much else is going on, alas. I gotta get on the ball. Some adjustments have to be made.
