Monday 4/4

Nothing

Even the halfway decent vacuums don't get all the hair off the carpet. I always have to use a brush attachment on the hose to get it up, and since I'm too lazy to do that often, I just use a yoga mat when I'm working out on the floor. You can get them cheapish at Target or TJMaxx/Marshall's if you have one of those (not sure where you're located!).

Thanks for the tips! It's not that I mind working out on the hair covered floor, it's that I mind knowing the hair is there... just waiting for me...

Awesome interval training, though! I always have a hard time with it when I try it.

I didn't even take a break between the first 7.5 minute and the second! Even though that's when I usually do/plan to! :D

Wednesday 4/6

I did the Beginner Pilates video, but it died at about 30 minutes and wouldn't restart. I missed push ups (10, slow) and saws (which I have an irrational hatred for) and I don't think much else.

Thursday 4/7

Nothing

I want to try to do something tonight, I've got a lot of pent up energy. Maybe the treadmill. Depends on plans for tonight.
