Would love to see if you use it Attributes Improve flexibility and skills: +2 DEX Improve strength: +5 STR Improve endurance: +5 STA Improve eating habits: +1 CON +2 WIS It's actually about the bigger missions, the subs will be upgraded as I complete them Bare minimum for the challenge is completing 1 sub! Okay now that that's settled. I don't have a life goal, my life's a mess and I'm getting it back in order... my bigger problem is my health slacking. Yes I'm a little late this time, but you know, I just got my head back on straight. This'll be my fourth challenge... we shall not talk about the past three. I'm here now. I track my weight 2 times a day, because I'm crazy. This morning it was 80.5 kg. My aim is between 75 and 80 kg, but I don't care very much. Once a month I steal borrow my parents' scale for the official stats (theirs is more accurate/advanced). Every 25th I'll measure those. So 25th of February I weighted 80.4 kg, with a BF% of 30. (for comparison my scale gives a number 300 grams more than my parents' scale ) And that's all the stats you're gonna get! If you're interested... let me just do some Mass Effect RPing. She really had to stop goofing around and get real. "If you can't be serious about your training, then you should just leave the program altogether", is what the trainers had said. Well she admitted they were probably right, but it's not that she didn't want to be a commando, the training was just so hard and her console so easy. No more excuses, they're boring anyway. It was time to get up and do the work. Every day, as much as she could manage. I've bought a washer last Saturday, and I bought one above budget, with a 10 year warranty... so BAM. It was a good choice though. Everything's looking classy now. But honestly, this has set me back. (not to mention I canceled my climbing course for finances and feeling GMB would provide more value) Hopefully I can move some things around and buy it before this week is over!! Complete 12 BW workouts in 1 month Comes down to BW workouts 3x a week for 4 weeks. I will vary the exercises probably Cycle for 15 min straight I managed 9 min a couple days ago. I should have no problem getting this sub-mission, and move on to the next! Eliminate junk snacks My food has been less than optimal. In so far that I will ask you what the hell dinner is, because I haven't really seen that since Sunday, which I had at my parents. I haven't even registered my food since Feb 21. Which I've otherwise religiously done since Dec 31. Last week I had 2 dinners available. At the end of the week I still had those two dinners. (I still have actually) No I didn't eat out unless at my parents. No I don't have a lot of junk food at home either. No I'm not sure how I did that either. It probably involved lots of creative means to avoid cooking. A lot of vending machine snacks have been involved though. This is going to be a hard path. I will consider it complete when I had no junk snacks for 1 week. Endurance Nope. Food And this is why all the above didn't work. Little embarrassing to admit, but I binged. The major problem here was that I had to do groceries while I had the urge to binge. WHICH DOES NOT WORK. I just needed to get fruit and non-food. So I put down all these easter snacks, fought myself, put them back, grabbed some others put them back. Walked away with a medium sized hollow chocolate easter bunny. Then I came by the bakery (yes in the grocery store, it's on the OUTSIDE of the store, so avoiding aisles does not work), and grabbed three items. None were put back. 99% was gone last night. Why do I call this a binge and not simple overeating? Because I had 2 coconut cookies, ate one, felt my stomach hurt, then ate the second one. Felt like crap, played Mass Effect, waited for the crap to subside a little. Then ate a big block of noga which is super filling... and just felt like serious crap. Siferiax Posted February 28, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 And then I just noticed... this is post nr 2001 HOORAY! Anyway... So I was at the dentist, which for me is not life shocking, but I was having some trouble with my jaw. I have... trouble with my jaw often. I've had physical jaw therapy okay?! Anyway, the dentist had a look and asked me if certain things hurt... and whether or not I had headaches. YES TO ALL. So my headaches are probably caused by my jaw. At an earlier visit it was suggested that maybe my jaw problem is caused by my wisdom tooth. So that's always nice. Though for the most part the problem is that I open my mouth incorrectly. But anyway... that would explain my chronic headaches, and some other things that are often painful/sore. In other great news, I seem to be getting ill again. I wonder if I was ever really cured. I laid in bed on January 18th feeling unwell. I started February with a fever and stayed home several days. Then throughout February I had a minor cold. And now full on headache, sore throat and... my nose is doing this running around the room /jokes Ugh. If I didn't feel like I should be at work, I'd be in bed at home probably... Realized I could look over my finances right here at work thanks to the cloud, so I did and it's looking... okayish. Well enough to be able to afford it anyway, with margins! Also to clarify... because I thought about it. I'll probably focus my BW workouts more on the push ups/pull ups side of things. GMB F1 is probably going to provide other challenges. I'll try to make them complement each other anyway Food is going alright so far today. Snacks have been only fruit so far. Breakfast: Cereal & yoghurt (standard! me loves) Snack: Pear Lunch: bread bar thing, bun with chocolate sprinkles, banana, milk. The lunch options were fairly uninteresting to say the least. Snack: Apple Not sure what will be for dinner. Got food, just not sure I'd feel like cooking... or staying awake long enough. My head is heavy and in need of sleep...
