Pulled out my blender and started throwing stuff in it. When I tasted this shake it was like my brain and body were like, "THANK YOU!! This is exactly what we wanted!!! So here is 1 serving: 1 cup blueberries2 tbsp baking cocoa (unsweetened powder stuff)1 cup ice cubes1 tbsp honey1/2 cup milk (I used organic whole milk, but you could probably use almond or coconut) Drink! It is not mighty mighty sweet, but I think the cocoa really adds to the fullness of flavor (which removes the need for sooo much sweet).
