Pretzle's first challenge

Proper exercise is not defined by the amount of sweat you produce...

If that's the case then only hardcore cycling for 30 minutes would count as valid exercise for me :|

Proper exercise just means you're moving your body in a way that's beneficial for you as a person. But that's just my view on it.

Also yes, your brain can be a hurdle to overcome, definitely when it's full with other stuff.

What I'm trying to do is see exercise as a way to release all that tension/energy from my brain. Else I'd never get off the couch :tongue:

Yay for better habits :D
