I'm hoping for daily input so that I will be able to remember everything that I put in and did to my body each day. I did a half hour on the treadmill which consisted of the following: warm-up: 5 minutesamped walking (3.8-4.0) : 2 minutessprinting (6.6-7.0): 1 minutealternate between walking and sprinting for 25 minutes Got nice and sweaty Food:Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 large hot chocolateLunch/afternoon: I crammed a sandwich in my face afterwards because I had ignored lunch and was starving. Dinner: Peanut butter and jelly sandwichpost-dinner: maybe an apple or banana? Beginner body-weight workout starts tomorrow morning! Quote lvl 1 dwarf assassin Link to comment
