ARock10 Takes It There

Hey Assassins, I'm a little late to the party.  Last challenge I worked on my consistency and follow through (ARock10 Finishes the Drill).  This time I want to focus on a few other goals to move me forward.


Goal 1: Complete 4 workouts a week from the Rebel Strength Guide Dumbbell Division.


Goal 2:  Eat 3 meals and a snack each day.  We've got to fuel this machine.


Goal 3:  Complete 10,000 steps a day.


Life Goal: Prepare, practice and present a speech on the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 to my Toastmasters club.  Bonus points awarded for posting a pic of giving the speech.


I will assign points later.  Time to workout.
