Epic Quest to become a Spartan

Recommended Posts

So, I've always been interested in ancient Sparta (Even before the movie 300), and they were very different from most of the other greeks in way's beyond their most notable military strength. I have recently begun to form a training plan and improve my own personal discipline and diet in an effort to mirror the physical prowess of an ancient day Spartiate. So here are some of the goals I've set for myself to help guide and measure my progress along this path.

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.

This quest is so F*ing cool.  I wish I'd thought of it.

Just so you know, if you see some of these ideas in my threads, know that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.  :-)
