My name is Steve...and I'm an alcoholic...

...wait...wrong message board...DAMMIT!

As of this morning I weight 239 pounds (but my official weigh in isn't until tomorrow so hopefully this won't go up :-P), I started my journey in October weighing 265. Nerdfitness was one of the first sites I came across, and is one of the inspirations behind my own (http://www.265andfalling.com).

I am 25, a full time insurance claims processor, a full time college student (working on my bachelors), and I'm hoping to add athlete to this list. I don't have any real workout plan besides running, I'm just kind of doing whatever. I ran my first 5k a couple of weekends ago, I have a 4 mile race in February I'm running, AND...I've signed up for the Baltimore Marathon in October and plan on signing up for the Maryland Half Marathon in May.

So yeah, I got my work cut out for me.
